Beaches in Malgrat de Mar

Costa de Barcelona - Maresme has some magnificent beaches, most of which fly the Blue Flag which is awarded in recognition of the quality of the water, sand and services available.

Malgrat de Mar has a long stretch of beach of very high quality.

There are several beaches on its coastline:

* PLATJA DE L 'SHIPYARD (1000m)
* MALGRAT PLATJA OF CENTRE (900m.)
* PLATJA (1.700m.)
* PLATJA OF THE TORDERA (900m.)

Sports lovers have the "La Conca" beach which is renowned for its windsurfing school.

On l 'Astilllero beach, the Kids Club offers a free entertainment program during school holidays for tourists.  The program includes: Library, children's workshops, a playground, inflatables and other activities which are all supervised by monitors.
