The Swimming World Cup of Barcelona 2013 gathered in Shanghai the flag of the International Swimming Federation (FINA) which is delivered and distinguishes the city that will host the next championships.

The deputy mayor of Barcelona, Maite Fandos, was responsible for representing the Spanish city in the closing ceremony of the XIV Swimming World Cup that from July 16th to July 31st, was held in China.
