Take part in the competition "Seven stays in seven hotels of the AQUA HOTEL GRUP chain".

Deadline: The competition will start on Thursday, December 1 at 4:00 p.m. and will end on Friday, December 23, 2022 at 04:00 p.m. Likes and comments on the Instagram social network with a date later than the competition deadline will not be accepted.

Form of Participation: To participate in the giveaway, you must be a follower of the @atzavarahotel and @aqua_hotel profiles on Instagram, like the post and leave a comment mentioning who you would like to enjoy this prize with. All those users who do not follow both profiles will not be eligible for the prize. Each person, from their profile, can participate with the comments they want, as long as they are not offensive or derogatory.

Conditions of Participation: Participation in the competition by persons under 18 years of age implies having the consent of the parents or legal guardian in order to be able to participate in the competition.

Prize and Winner: The contest will have seven unique winners. AQUA HOTEL GRUP will contact the winners, through Instagram, by private message. The winners will be announced on December 24 after the competition has ended. The winners will be chosen at random through the EasyPromos application, among all participants who have completed the three steps and who meet the participation requirements described above.

The prize for the winners consists of ONE NIGHT'S STAY for two people in a Premium room on a half-board basis (dinner and breakfast) with water and soft drinks or wine included. The seven awards correspond to the seven participating hotels: the AQUA Hotel Promenade (1), the AQUA Hotel Onabrava & Spa (2), the AQUA Hotel Aquamarina & Spa (3), the AQUA Hotel Montagut Suites (4), the AQUA Hotel Silhouette & Spa (5), the AQUA Hotel Bertran Park (6) and the Atzavara Hotel & Spa (7). The allocation of the hotels to the winners of the draw will be made following the order marked by EasyPromos and will coincide in the order of the hotels respectively.

Subsequently, the raffle link will be posted on the Instagram profile of AQUA Hotel and Atzavara Hotel & Spa with the winners chosen at random by the EasyPromos application among all participants.

AQUA HOTEL GRUP will contact the winners from December 27, 2022. If any of the winners does not respond before December 30, 2023 at 3:00 p.m., it will automatically be discarded and we will claim the win to the first alternate of the draw. The alternate will also have a deadline to respond until January 3, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. Winners and alternates will be chosen using the verified Easy Promos app. In order to receive the prize, the identification of the winners will be essential: first and last name, ID number, email and telephone number.

Others: AQUA HOTEL GRUP will reserve the right not to take into account the participation of a user in the event that there are clear indications of cheating or improper use in relation to the competition.

Participation in the contest will imply acceptance of these regulatory bases and the organization's criteria regarding the resolution of any issue arising from the contest and the selection of winners.
