Best Price Guarantee

Our philosophy is to always offer you the best available price.
If you find a lower rate for the same booking, please let us know.

What do you need to do?

• Complete the relevant form (see below).
• Our team will review your request and reply within a maximum of two working days.
  • If the conditions are met, you will receive a new confirmation of your direct booking with the lower rate applied.
  • If not, we will send you an email explaining the reason.

Conditions

• Clearly specify the booking details and the lower rate found so we can review it.
• Provide the link where the lower price was found.
• Attach a screenshot clearly showing the price, as well as the exact date and time when the offer was detected.
• The booking found on the external website must exactly match the one on our official website.
The only acceptable difference is the price.
