Our philosophy is to always offer the best price available...but if you find a cheaper offer, let us know!

Here are the requirements to meet:

1. Fill out the form (see below).
2. Our team will respond to you within a maximum of two working days and, if the conditions are met*, you will be sent a new confirmation of your reservation directly from the hotel with the lowest rate applied. In case of non-compliance, an email will be sent to you with the explanation.

*Conditions:

1. Detail the reservation details with the cheapest price you have found with the corresponding rate so that we can review it.

2. Don't forget to attach the link where you found the cheapest price.

3. Provide us with the screenshot with details of the price, date and exact time in which you detected this offer.

4. The reservation made by the page you have discovered must completely match the data on our official website. The only difference should be the price.

Terms:

The Best Available Price guarantee does not apply to the following cases:

1. Website with restricted access that requires some type of prior identification (loyalty cards, points programs, etc.);

2. Flash campaigns issued by the Hotel itself;

3. Bookings packaged with plane/train/boat/bus + hotel due to variations in the transportation part.
