Cuisine by Romain Fornell
Gastronomy is part of culture, it is design, art and work. Ohla Barcelona has its own gastronomic architect, Chef Romain Fornell, who hosts five different spaces, five senses. Romain Fornell was born in Toulouse, France, where he trained in culinary art. His hard work rewarded him with his first Michelin star in 2001, at just 24 years old. In 2002, he decided to move to Barcelona and accept the challenge of managing Ohla Barcelona's gastronomic offer.
