The dishes by our Chef are an open window to his roots: les Terres de l’Ebre. The chef recreates the landscapes and flavours of this authentic land in each dish to take us to the banks of the Delta, among native birds and rice fields. Raised among cooking stoves, his tradition has placed him on the Barcelona scene by being at the forefront of Restaurant Xerta, awarded with a Michelin Star (2016-2024).
